The Balmoral Group has been selected to perform an Update of the Economic Impact Analysis for the Florida Inland Navigation District (F.I.N.D.). The study includes spending surveys, input-output modeling, and hedonic modeling to capture the property value premiums associated with the Intracoastal maintenance programs of the District. To reduce costs for the District, The Balmoral Group is using innovative calibration methods employing the Case-Schiller Housing index. Palm Beach is the first of 12 counties to be completed under the new contract.
