The Balmoral Group Internship Program
The Balmoral Group provides various internship opportunities for highly motivated candidates wanting to gain experience in the areas of engineering and economics. We offer paid internships that advance career development through collaborative learning and hands-on experience. We have both flexible part-time opportunities that can work with school schedules as well as full-time Summer 8-10 week internships.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Interns will work alongside our professional staff to gain hands-on experience in a cooperative work environment. Interns can expect to learn technical skills across a wide range of areas of expertise and gain a valuable set of transferable skills such as problem-solving, innovative thinking, and the formulation of adaptive solutions.
Interns will receive professional development and mentoring from our Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners and, in addition, will have opportunities to attend professional networking events for a well-rounded experience. After completion of the internship, our interns will have gained valuable experience and achieved clarity on their career path, setting them up to be competitive applicants after graduation.
