It is our belief that the economy can only thrive when the people and planet are thriving. We are committed to putting forth our privilege, knowledge, and skills to understand and mitigate our environmental footprint on our community and planet. Through our efforts we aim to support a sustainable future where resources are preserved for future generations. We continue to explore new ways to improve our company sustainability and aim to halve our carbon footprint.

Green Business Certification
We hold a platinum-level certificate with the Winter Park Green Business recognition program. This is the highest level of recognition in which we met 22 different criteria through volunteer events, company challenges, and more.

The Balmoral Group Sustainability Council
An initiative to provide a collaborative space for our staff to strategize, plan, and implement sustainability initiatives as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and societal impact.

Composting
Our Winter Park office partners with O Town Compost to reduce our office kitchen waste including food waste and paper and wood products (tea bags, coffee filters, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, and wood/bamboo utensils).

Recycling
Our Winter Park office partners with Terracycle Zero Waste Boxes which allows our office to recycle a variety of items.

Electric Vehicles
Beginning in 2023, we began to add electric vehicles to our company fleet to negate impacts of carbon dioxide emissions.
