If you're driving to Pensacola wishing I-10 could have an extra lane, we are one step closer! The Balmoral Group Water Resources Team has just wrapped up a segment of the I-10 PD&E which extends over 23 miles through Santa Rosa and Okaloosa Counties in the panhandle. This project included 8 separate ICPR models to establish design high water info at the existing cross drains. The Balmoral Group produced a Pond Siting Report, Location Hydraulics Report, and a Bridge Hydraulic Memo for the crossing over the Blackwater River.
