The Balmoral Group has been awarded the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Strategic Resource Evaluation Study (SRES) project. The SRES study is an economic analysis of construction materials for the FDOT, examining the price and supply availability of asphalt, concrete, steel, and aggregate.
