Mid-Level Water Resource Engineer

Basic Qualifications

  • EI or PE registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment)

  • B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum

  • Proficiency with ICPR4 and GIS

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment; Balmoral has a hybrid work policy (currently 2 days in office with your team every 2 weeks)

  • Positive attitude with eagerness to participate in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • DOT/Roadway drainage design experience, including Microstation and Geopak or AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Master’s degree or interest in pursuing

Job Description

  • Develop marketing communication plans, results and recommendations

  • Create and edit branded templates for proposals, presentations, resumes, & more

  • Design, execute, and analyze social media strategy

  • Lead and aid in new marketing initiatives

  • Proposal support and coordination to meet deadlines

  • In-house marketing meetings support

Position Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field, A/E/C industry a plus

  • Interest in data science, data visualization and applications to marketing efforts

  • Understanding of LinkedIn

  • Experience with a CRM Software - InfoFlo is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, high energy, and outcomes-driven

  • Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, Wix, Wordpress or similar programs

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Graphic design skills a plus

Administrative/Executive Assistant
Job Description

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications

  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

  • Performing minor accounting duties

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department

  • Managing the principal’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
