Roadway Capacity Work
TBG has a long history of leading and supporting Vulnerability Assessments in Florida, including the first Coastal Resiliency Strategies Cost Benefit Analysis for the state back in 2011, which included Okaloosa and Martin Counties as pilot studies. The Balmoral Group has completed and/or participated in over 20 such assessments.
